Pre-K Curriculum

Small World utilizes the Handwriting Without Tears curriculum and theme based activities to ensure the children are learning the skills they need to be successful in kindergarten, and having fun while developing those skills. 

Handwriting Without Tears
The Pre-K Get Set for School program introduces school readiness activities for young children of all ability levels. Through music, movement, building, coloring, and multisensory activities, children have fun as they develop the following skills: Language proficiency, color and shape awareness, fine and gross motor control, letter and number recognition, counting abilities, and social skills.
